The Plan is simple...

Phase 1: Two Months of Leads, Clients, and Profits

The first two months will be tactical, focused on putting enough money in your bank account that will more than pay for the GUILD for the entire year.

We start with a 1:1 strategy and plan to get clear on your 12 month goals, and decide on the most important quick-win strategies for your first 30-60 days.

We'll use The Expert Framework™ to make sure you have a clear communication strategy that makes it easy for clients to buy.

Then we'll deploy our CODEX™ process to bring you leads, clients and cash. First, to get you a quick ROI.
In a mix of small group workshops and 1:1's, we'll sharpen your offer, messaging, and sales process until it hums.

That’s Phase 1 - two months of stacking wins, signing clients, and putting money in your bank account so that The Consulting GUILD is effectively free forever.

Phase 2: Building a Cashflow Engine

Now that you've got quick wins, and The Consulting GUILD is paid for, it's time to get strategic.
